Badgequo
Group-level brand identity, Digital Rollout, Retail and partner messaging, Pitches & Presentations
Badgequo had a fragmented brand presence and outdated communications that no longer reflected the scale, credibility, or commercial potential of the group. They needed a clearer identity and a stronger B2B platform to present their cosmetics portfolio and brand family to retailers, distributors, partners, and prospective stockists.
As lead creative, I was responsible for refreshing Badgequo’s brand expression and translating it into a more effective B2B sales and communications ecosystem. The goal was to create a cohesive group identity that could build confidence, simplify the portfolio overview, and better support commercial conversations.
I led the brand refresh, UX/UI design, information architecture, website content structure, and digital rollout. The website was shaped around clear journeys, with dedicated areas for brands, gift sets, retail partners, news, and contact, supported by brand tiles, concise messaging, and enquiry-led calls to action.
Alongside the website, I developed group pitch decks and partner-facing sales materials that brought the refreshed brand positioning into a more commercial format. These tools helped communicate Badgequo’s market credibility, product range, gifting capability, speed to market, and partner value in a clearer, more persuasive way.
The work gave Badgequo a more unified brand presence and a stronger B2B sales toolkit. The refreshed website improved portfolio clarity and group credibility, while the pitch decks helped support retailer and partner conversations, contributing to multiple six-figure commercial wins.
