ChitChat needed to launch as a more cohesive and credible brand across Amazon, web, social, and wider digital channels. The brand had strong product appeal, but lacked a consistent identity system and joined-up customer experience across key touchpoints.
As lead creative, I was responsible for building the base brand framework and leading the digital relaunch, ensuring the brand could show up consistently across marketplace, website, product content, and social channels.
I developed an up-to-date brand guide covering tone of voice, typography, colour, imagery, layout rules, and asset application. This became the foundation for the Amazon launch, website rebuild, and social relaunch. I also led the creation of marketplace-ready assets, branded storefront content, A+ content, product page imagery, refreshed website structure, improved product copy, and clearer customer-facing messaging.
The project created a more professional, consistent, and commercially useful brand presence across every customer touchpoint. ChitChat launched with a stronger Amazon experience, a refreshed website, clearer product storytelling, and a joined-up visual identity that improved credibility and supported customer understanding across channels.
